After 25 years of operating within the Pamlico County Health Department, we have found our own facility located at 13808 NC Hwy 55 in Bayboro, giving us the space we need to further expand our services. This new facility has four exam rooms, a lab area, and an expanded pharmacy. In the future, there will be space for rotating specialty providers such as dentists, podiatrists, dermatologists, and more. There is also a meeting room that will be used for health education, training, and group recovery meetings.

Since Hope Clinic's opening in 1999, we have served more than 3,000 individuals without health insurance, who would otherwise have had little or no access to care.

In 2024, with the help of 2776 volunteer hours, we provided services to 205 unduplicated patients, consisting of 568 medical office visits (which included 22 mobile outreach clinics in 5 locations), 163 specialist referrals, 143 case management visits, 78 drug and alcohol counseling visits, and dispensed 3,687 prescriptions. We also provided 219 case management visits to non-patients of Hope Clinic, who were looking for help and resources, mostly searching for substance use treatment and recovery support.
