The Hope Regala is Hope Clinic's largest fundraiser of the year, bringing in 1/3 of our annual revenue.

After 25 years of operating within the Pamlico County Health Department, we have found our own facility in Bayboro on NC Hwy 55, giving us the space we need to further expand our services. This new facility will have four exam rooms, a lab area, and an expanded pharmacy. In the future, there will be space for rotating specialty providers such as dentists, podiatrists, dermatologists, and more. There is also a meeting room that will be used for health education, training, and group recovery meetings. We plan to move in January of 2025 and updates will be posted here!

Since Hope Clinic's opening in 1999, we have served more than 3,000 individuals without health insurance, who would otherwise have had little or no access to care.
Patients served

In 2023, we provided services to 270 unduplicated patients, consisting of 778 medical office visits (which included 21 mobile outreach clinics in 5 locations), 303 specialist referrals, 131 case management visits, 86 drug and alcohol counseling visits, and dispensed 5,601 prescriptions. We also provided 135 case management visits to non-patients of Hope Clinic, who were looking for help and resources, mostly searching for substance use treatment and recovery support.
